Challenge 52

What: Simple, we have selected 52 verses that will help you grow closer towards Jesus. These verses when memorized can be a tool/weapon to use against the enemy. The verses selected below include verses about the Gospel and Jesus, things that we as Christians should have imprinted on our hearts and also Scripture that can be shared with people around you to encourage them and back up what you believe.

Why: The Bible has the effect of making our gaze on Jesus steadier and clearer. “The Lord revealed himself to Samuel at Shiloh by the word of the Lord.”-1 Samuel 3:21 Also, it is a tool to daily triumph over sin. “How can a young man keep his way pure? By guarding it according to your word…I have stored up your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you.” Psalm 119:9-11 Other reasons include comfort and counsel for people you love and communicating the Gospel to Unbelievers.

Dinner for Ten

What:
At Dinner for Ten, we (Jonathan and Amy) want to invite students over to our home for dinner. We will have a delicious meal served on paper plates around pop-up tables. Besides praying for the meal, there is nothing overly “spiritual” about Dinner for Ten. This is a perfect opportunity to fellowship, hangout and just get to know us (Jonathan and Amy) better. Look for your invitation in the mail!

Time: One Sunday evening a month beginning in September from 5:00pm-7:00pm

Stay Tuned for an invitation coming your way!
