Rock the River tour 2009
so hey, if you haven’t heard, There is this thing next month called Rock The River. It is a free concert on the Arch grounds on Sunday August 2nd.
It’s gonna be pretty cool so we will be taking the bus out there if anyone wants to go.

Sam’s Blog: H.S. Camp day 1
so, its now 6:55 on Friday morning. We were supposed to leave at 5:45 this morning for camp. The bus was missing. Its actually not really a big deal except that it puts us behind schedule, but it was pretty irritating at 5:20 this morning when we literally couldn’t find the bus.

Sam’s blog: some music ideas
“I don’t listen to Christian music because it all stinks”. I hate that. I used to say it. I love music and have always listened to tons of it. In high school, for a while, the above statement was my opinion. That lasted until someone challenged me that perhaps the reason I thought all Christian music stunk was because i hadn’t looked for anything better.
Sometimes (especially if your musical tastes are more exotic or unique) you have to look hard to find good music. This is especially true if you’re looking for Christian artists.

so, i confess….i’m a bit of an amateur artist. And by that, i mean i like to make cool pictures. I’m really bad and i dont know anything about real artsy stuff, by my buddy Garrett does so he usually tells me what i’m doing and what’s wrong with it. its pretty cool.
